Was pleased at how professional the guys were, did the best they could with the vehicle considering it had a fault that i wasnt there to have fixed, however i will hopefully be back to see them if they are able to fix the issue for me, wasnt sure if they could as im not a very sociable person so didnt find a good time to ask.

Excellent communication and even called to say they could come early.
Barry and his colleague were very professional and completed the job very quickly. Their van appeared to be very well equipped and it looked like they could have handled any job put their way.
They are a credit to themselves and Clickmechanic.

Audi A1 Plug-in Diagnostic Inspection

Found mechanic to be rather lack luster. Had an appointment scheduled for 14.00-15.30 hadn't heard from them finally at 4pm recieved a call stating theu would be here within an hour. Still nothing when I finally decided to say cancel the mechanic 2hours after recieving the call they appeared at my door. All I know is something wrong with egr valve. Was gonna get back to me Wednesday with a quote on fixing problem still waiting. I shall not hold my breathe now taken to a nearby garage

I think ur over exaggerating with the times and unfortunately a got held back by 15 mins on the last job due to customer been delayed on the train
I also told u the price and and said a will get exactly price

Vauxhall Insignia Interim Service

The interim service was carried out and all seems to be great with the car.
The mechanics arrived late and undertook the job while darkness set it.
Only issue was that the service booklet wasn't stamped for some reason, considering it's part of their 25 point checklist.

They did a superb job - I even put the wrong address in and the guy stoically called around all of the local houses to find us - I was in a meeting and had 5 missed calls but he persevered regardless. Hugely impressive.
