Auxiliary Belt snapped so unable to drive the car. Ryan accepted the job promptly and even called on a Sunday evening to confirm arrival. Ryan was really friendly and asked for more information about the fault to make sure that the repair could go ahead. Ryan called the next day to confirm arrival at the start of the time slot.

As predicted the Auxiliary Belt Pretentioner also needed replacement. Ryan had anticipated this and checked that it was OK to purchase the part in advance of arrival which meant that the job could be completed in just over an hour despite the challenging weather. Ryan then called to confirm the work was completed.

He was s as top class guy and went out of his way but my car wasn’t fixed in the end. It seemed to be the spark plugs and the ones he first had weren’t the right ones. So I met him I. The evening where he put the right ones in and then it turned out to be a coil and it was out of working hours to get the part so I had to drive home and my car is in the same state having paid for parts

Ryan was very personable and explained clearly on his first visit that he needed to order another part before he could do the job. I needed the car fixed in time for Christmas and he was able to get everything sorted for me quickly on his second visit on Christmas Eve. Thank you Ryan, you saved Christmas for me!
