William attended twice to diagnose and fix a faulty bonnet latch on my ford puma, which was causing the alarm to sound frequently and at all times of the day and night. Friendly, great communication, arrived quickly and told me ahead of time when to expect him. He explained the issue well and managed to get the part and come back the next day and squeeze the job in. The whole process of booking to getting sorted was less than 2 days so im very impressed. You probably do pay slightly more based on another quote I had but for the sake of ease and them coming to you I'd say its definitely worth it!.
