Michael was very friendly and efficient. He first tested my Ford C-max's starting problem and quickly found the starter motor was working correctly. He then discovered that a red light on the dashboard was indicating the problem was with the inhibitor lacking a response from the chip in my Ford ignition key. On realising that was very likely the case, I realised that I had to find the chip, and get a new key. So I am very happy with the work he did, which was a successful diagnosis of the real problem, and not the need for a replacement startter motor after all.
