Farooq and his colleague were very professional and the work was completed in the time quoted and I am very happy with their work. I will be using click mechanic again for SURE.

He was friendly & knowledgeable. I had booked the car for a major service & MOT. Farooq picked up the car on time and brought it on time after the work was done.

Farooq had carried out the works to a satisfactory standard, though it did take a lot longer than quoted. There was a fault reading on the dash that appeared after the car was dropped off, which meant him coming back to rectify. This he did without any issues.
My only problem I had with the whole process was the distance the car was taken to have all the works done. I was expecting a local mechanic to take it away, however after the car was returned it had done 60+ miles as his garage was not local.
As far as Clickmechanic aftersales, they were very unhelpful and not very polite.

Additional work highlighted during the service to allow the car to pass the MOT was undertaken and the car passed the MOT with no problem. Fantastic service will be using again.

I am happy with the service I received from clickmechanic. It took half and hour to complete servicing. I feel the pick up is little bit better after the service.
