Worked quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service.

Took 2 days to complete instead of 1. Both times, missed the time slot stated. Chaps that carried out the work were polite and friendly. After work was completed, took car for a drive and a sensor trigger which was sorted, has come back (less than 5 miles) not overly happy. Appearance and van they came in made me very hesitant I have to say as felt wasn’t very professional at all, I’d be surprised if the van passed an mot. The guys were good but honestly, I’m just waiting on an issue. Wasn’t the same experience as going to a garage, confidence is low with end result and only time will tell. Would like to be able to add to review after a month - just in case.

Good communication , polite and friendly. Did as much checks as possible - Diagnosed first problem to try before hopefully rectifies problem or need to look at another step. Will consider to use again in future.

Farooq was an absolute gentleman- kept me totally informed of what time he was going to be arriving (completely on time), and throughout the job. Embarrassingly there wasn’t any petrol in my car when he got in it to take it away (I’ll have words with the culprit later) but Farooq was so pleasant and obliging throughout. He carried out the work and dropped my car back at home to me later that evening. I really can’t say enough about how great he was. I’m really impressed and very thankful for making the whole thing totally hassle free!

Farooq was great, he picked up the car on time at short notice, kept it overnight and completed the MOT and service before returning it the next day. He came a long way at the weekend but it was a very convenient service at a good price.

Farooq was very friendly and knoledgable. He found the problem and fixed it. I am vary happy with the work he did on my car.

They was very simplistic with it which made it a lot easier.

Farooq and his colleague firstly rang to ask if they could arrive early. Big plus! Promptly, provided the full sevice and found the fault in the rear wiper. Very nice guys and great workers. Was worried about using click mechanic for the first time but think I will only use now going forward.
