Farooq was excellent! Picked and returned the car on time. Called me up before work started to discuss and kept us informed whilst work was ongoing. Will use again for future work.

A fiddly job replacing rear discs pads etc on a Lexus RX400h. Also front discs pads as well.

Farooq came and collected the car as promised. He was slightly delayed due to traffic in the blackwall tunnel but he kept me informed the whole time.

Took the car away and serviced and MOT'd it.

Any work that was additional to the initial booking, Farooq called and made sure I was happy to proceed.

The only minor downside was that because he was a bit late turning up, I had to wait up for the car as it was an evening booking. Can't really complain about that though as I had the car back the same night.

Would def use Farooq again.
