Ross was helpful guiding me forward to arranging an auto electrician to assist in finding the problem for me.and telling me likely causes for next steps.

Ross was great and effectively diagnosed the issue. However, sadly he was unable to fix it personally and the ClickMechanic network said they did not undertake this type of auto-electric repair so I am no further forward in resolving things - other than now knowing what the problem is.
