Earl was fantastic!
He communicated with me every step of the way, keeping me up to date with getting the part and when he could do the work.
As is usual for me the job wasn't what it first seemed but Earl explained everything and completed what I needed. Given this was only a small paying job his commitment to service was even more impressive.
I'll definitely look to rebook Earl if I need any other work doing.

I dont know yet as i got a report but they have no time to fix it so now i have to go get so eone else to fix it and until that person fixes it i dont know if this report was good or bad?

Sorry that you feel that the information provided by the diagnostic you booked is unsatisfactory.
Unfortunately I can’t undertake the cambelt replacement in a reasonable timeframe due to current workload but with any toothed belt missing teeth It generally indicates that it needs replacing.
With regards to communication you were informed every step of the way. I also took the time to explain to you how the cambelt missing teeth will upset the timing of the engine preventing it from fringing.
With regards to punctuality, I provided a 10-12am window and arrived at 11am, with notification of me setting off from the previous job.
As mentioned in my texts to you, if you have any queries or require further explanation all you need to do is ask.

DS DS 7 Crossback Radiator hose replacement - top

Earl was great, my car needed a part that was only available directly from the dealership which took 7 days to arrive, he temporarily fixed my fault until the genuine part arrived, he then came back out a week later to carry out the full repair.
From the start earl was great with communication and informative about my car and going about to give me advice and also pointed out a slow puncture I had.
Couldn’t recommend more, excellent service! will definitely use again, thanks
