Shane was extremely confident and had a total understanding of the project to hand.
He also demonstrated a complete understanding of people skills being polite and courteous at all times even when a difficult engine bolt refused to loosen and was adding more time to the task.
I think he would be the sort of mechanic that was up for the challenge and would never let you down. I would definitely ask for him by name if I were in need of a good mechanic again.
