All seems okay with the car so far with regards to the work done. If I have an urgent issue in the future and am unable to get my car booked in quickly with my regular mechanic - which was the case this time - I can definitely see me using this service again.

I was over the moon with the service provided by Charlie. I'd broken down the day before and needed the auxillery drive belt replacing. The fact that I could get booked in for the day and time I wanted was a great start. He rang to ask if it would be ok to come earlier, which was fine. He was very friendly, helpful and completed the job very quickly. He then took me for a quick spin round the block to make sure I was happy with the car. Would highly recommend.

Someone had vandalised my wing mirror and I contacted ClickMechanic in desperation when another website produced no results. Charlie made contact very quickly and asked questions to make absolutely sure he ordered the right part. He got the part and arranged to come straight over - 2 days earlier than I had dared to request. His work was thorough but still finished well within the time estimate and checked under the bonnet and gave some advice as well. The whole process was easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Charlie.

Charlie tried to fix my car after wrong diagnostic by Clickmechanic's mechanics Joseph and Andrew. Charlie is a top guy and is highly recommended as a mechanic. As for Joseph, I would not touch him again with a barge pole. I ended up spending a lot of money on Joseph's advice and for no reason. Wasted money and a week of my time. Charlie tried to follow diagnostic given by Joseph and Andrew and in the end confirmed that the problem was the fly wheel and friction plate and he was bang on. Joseph's diagnostic was that the problem was clutch master cylinder and the problem was in fact nowhere near that. Money wasted on part and on Joseph. First time on Clickmechanic and what a bad experience it was. Mediation was a joke and I was made to feel that I was to blame! Read more
