The booking was due at 18.00-20.00 this was changed to Wednesday at 08.00 around 15.00 on Tuesdays. The mechanic turned up at 12.10 weds and took the car. At 13.44 he phoned me say he couldn't find the wheel locking nut, only to discover that my wheel don't have one (By just looking at the wheels) whilst on the phone to me. He then calls me at 17.30 saying that it's done and he is dropping it back to me. I don't hear anything for 40mins so call him and he says there is another issue with the break and I have to use his car. It has taken 2 days to replace brake discs and pads and I have had to fully arrange stuff as I haven't had my car. I'm not happy with the service at all and will never use this site again!!!
