David arrived during the window of the booking. He carried out the work to replace my fuel pressure sensor and the rear wiper motor. Excellent service and a good guy.

Dave was excellent. Came out next day when couldn’t get into a garage for over a week. Quickly sorted issue.

David was excellent, called me on same night to say he could call on Saturday to look at my car , on arrival diagnosed with he problem quickly and suggested I need a new battery, I agreed and he said he would be back on Sunday morning to fit a new battery which as promised he did, first class service.

Work was delayed, price quoted was £338.23 but on site, it has changed and was charged a different amount.

Great communication. I had booked a job for a gearbox oil change, and didn’t realise the job had been booked, as I was visiting the hospital that day. Danny did very well to contact me directly to confirm my availability for the job, as I had to cancel due to health reasons. He was very polite in his communication, which was reassuring, and i can recommend.

My previous review regarding the cancellation policy, was in reference to the clickmechanic website team and not Danny or Rapid repairs and recovery Scotland, as I was not happy with their cancellation process with the clickmechanic website.
