Brendan was everything you want a mechanic to be. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient . I have never used ClickMechanic before but certainly will do so again as their service is first rate. I highly recommend them.

Yes my mechanic was very friendly and I was happy with service/valet. My only dissatisfaction is that I paid for mot and service and therefore received a discount but because mechanic said said it would fail it’s not because it needed further work so he cancelled it which means I will need to pay full price for a mot now once work is completed which I was happy for him to do. Normally if it fails mot yr allowed to repair and redo mot at no extra cost with same mechanic. This will make me think about using this service again.

Brendan was friendly and helpful when we met. Unfortunately he didn’t bother turning up for the rework or even let me or Click Mechanic know he wasn’t going to come back to finish the work. Left me with out a car for a week while someone else finished his work

Brendan was great. Punctual, did exactly what was needed, and was clear in what needs to happen next. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Used Darren a couple of weeks ago for new brakes and discs and got chatting and he said he could come out and do the service. Booked back in and, as before, punctual, really friendly and more than anything the whole service is so convenient (and cheaper than well know companies!). Will hope to use a them again for all future car needs!
