Hassan was great, diognosed our battery issue really easily even though we thought it was the starter motor, ((the car sounded funny and wouldn’t start but the radio and lights did come on) we also know nothing about cars)He was professionally friendly and helpful.

Hassan Was good i was really happy with the work he has done but the only thing I was over charged on the hour's when the work was done in an hour less and also i was billed high for the spares.

I used click mechanic to assess a car I was thinking of buying for my daughter. Hassan was patient and dealt professionally with the vendor to produce a report promptly by phone and then later the same day an e-mail report. He gave me an honest, credible update which was exactly what I needed to hear and see to prevent an expensive mistake. Peace of mind and in my opinion worth the fee.

Mechanical OK - was annoyed to learn I was given the cheapest car battery on the market with only a 12 month guarantee, £140 !!! Feel a little cheated to say the least.
