Excellent service - was initially reluctant to use a call out service rather than take to the main dealer. Time and family commitments forced the use of a mobile service and I'm glad we did. I was well informed by the mechanic, updated on intended arrivals and likely cause of the fault, and the defect was swiftly rectified.!

David - was friendly, punctual, professional and I felt reassured that the work carried out was done to the best standard.

David was brilliant! He was really friendly and approachable, explained everything he was doing and discussed the possible causes of the problem and the most cost effective way to remedy them. Having heard horror stories about the difficulties of replacing glow plugs his expert, methodical approach made it look very straightforward. He also advised me on some simple maintenance tasks which would help keep my car running well. Best of all he got it going again - result!

Dave turned up within the time frame after previously chatting on the phone about the nature of the task. The job had to be carried out in the drive and even though it was raining this didn't put him off. We had the occasional chat about how it was all going. He completed everything within 2 hours and we were back on the road by lunch time to enjoy the remainder of Saturday. Good job, well done and we have peace of mind to travel up the Lakes today.

Convenient and work completed quickly after arrival. Tested after fix and so far no complaints.
