How are payments processed for installations?

All bookings are pre-authorised 24 hours before the booking starts. This is to ensure that the funds are available. 

You will then let us know once the booking has been completed and we will charge the customer on your behalf. All payments are processed through our payment provider, Adyen. Payouts are process 2 days later.
