Priority Slot Fees

When placing a booking and selecting availability for the same or the next day, there will be a ‘Priority Slot’ fee added to the booking.

The priority slot fee is designed to support our network of independent mechanics in accommodating bookings placed at short notice. It relates specifically to when the appointment is scheduled, rather than when the work is completed.

If you do not wish to pay this fee, please select alternative availability.

The cost of the Priority Slot fee will be approximately 10% of the booking cost. You will be able to view the priority slot fee above the availability dates, when in the process of making your booking.

Please note, if your booking has been assigned to a mechanic and it is not scheduled for the dates where a Priority Slot would apply, then the fee will automatically be removed from your booking and you will not be charged it.
