Due to arrive between 4-6pm. Asked him at 5:30 for his ETA, and he read and ignored. Arrived at half 7. Called me to tell me what was wrong but failed to mention everything he found, instead just noted it on the file. Then asked him to explain a problem he found and again, he read it and ignored. Late and no communication.

Friendly, prompt and accommodating. Very happy with the inspection he carried out and the follow up conversation.
