S tried very hard to fix my car issue. unfortunately he failed but gave me advice that a new AGM battery may help. Nice man, I would use him again!

The booking was easy, then let down twice by two different mechanics. Two weeks later one turned up only to refuse the job then charge a cancellation fee of £40. I have put in a complaint but no response. I would not use this site again or recommend to anyone else. Seems a good and easy way for repair or services but don’t waste your time go to a garage.

Paul was friendly, knowledgable and fixed my car quickly, very happy with the work he carried out and i would highly reccommend

Lee was great. Turned up on time and kept us informed during the day and notified us of the time he would attend. Very knowledgable and diagnosed the vehicle quickly and efficiently and talked us thru the process of what was wrong. Quote was sent immediately after he was finished. Would definitely recommend and use again for both of our vehicles!

Yes a friendly fellow. Arrived earlier than expected which was very good. The issue at hand was however not sorted. Adblue system failed to clear.

The driver was was a little late collecting which wasn't a problem, he was polite enough & said the car would be returned the same day which I would have hoped so as it was only an interim service & MOT but what I didn't realise was it was 108 mile round trip! Had I have known that I wouldn't have sent my car there but as a first time user of Click Mechanic I didn't realise they would travel this far. The car was returned on time with the fuel light on (only topped up £20 yesterday which normally gets me well over 130 miles?) & smelling if cigarette smoke which isn't nice for a non smoker. I would probably use Click Mechanic again, but a garage closer to home next time.

Everything was excellent. The mechanic arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and replaced the battery exactly as agreed. The job was completed very quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
