They were very friendly and helpful, they collected the van on time and had it fixed the same day collected and dropped it off , we only booked the day before and the van was collected fixed and ready the next day by 4pm . We were also low on fuel so they put a bit in for us , all round good service , communication and friendliness will definitely use again

Fred managed to successfully diagnose my issue and order a part. My car was not making boost from the turbo meaning the car was way underpowered, the boost intake clip was missing so the car couldn't make boost

Andy was great, he was able to find the cause of my car noise problem a loose plastic casing and screwdriver left under my bonnet. I was happy he was able to locate these items which were left from a previous garage repairs.

I had my van taken in today for an MOT and new injector fitted I had a call from Omar this morning about 8 o’clock so the van will be picked up and taken to Queensway before I knew it the van was back 11.50 very professional very polite on the phone and do anything for you in reason concerning your vehicle I’d recommend these people for any mechanical work done on your car . A week before I tried to take it to Halfords for the same work on the van and all I got was excuses you need to take it to a specialist so they’re not much of a mechanical fitters are they they give the impression they are the best but looks are deceiving.So from now on any work needing doing to my vehicle will be going to Queensway thank you again for For the work you done this morning

Brendan was super friendly and very professional. I would have bought a car with some faults if he wasn’t there. He picked things you can’t even think off and very serious ones too. I would 100% come back and book him if I need any pre inspection. He knows cars inside out and I felt so confident having him checking the car Which I wanted to buy. He spent Over 3 hours diagnosing checking every single inch of the car. I can’t thank him enough and I strongly recommend using his service.

Maz turned up on time when he said he would and carried out a full inspection of my car - returned exactly what I needed it to. Received full written report and images of inspection within hour of completion and recommend highly.
