Yes - Alec was a little late because of work/traffic problems but it mattered not!! He was pleasant, courteous, helpful and explained everything very carefully as he went along - he worked methodically - I would very readily recommend him!!

Karim was friendly and good although communication could have been better, would recommend him.

Friendly enough,came back a second time after we complained but no straight answer about why no pre diagnosis was done as it stated on clickmechanics website

I was worried about using this service for the first time but didn't need to be, Liam was great. He called first to discuss the problem and confirm when he would arrive and turned up when he said he would. He then got on with the work and talked me through everything he had done. I was very happy and will definitely use him again.

Would recommend, OK so it took a bit longer than I expected but this was due to parts availability not the mechanics fault and they kept me informed and replied very promptly to any questions I had.

Jon was very knowledgeable. He and his team at SMS Engineers carried out the arranged work very well and advised me of extra things that needed doing, which they also fixed for a fair price.

Callum was very good under difficult circumstances it hardly stopped raining.

Gary is very punctual and friendly. He is also very knowledgeable and managed to quickly and precisely identify the problem and explain me what have caused it.

Faizan was great - he called to let me know when he was on his way and on his way back too. He was very friendly and polite - excellent to deal with. Not taking the car in myself meant I could work an extra couple of hours at home. A really good service which I will use again.

Gareth was friendly, honest and reliable, kept in touch with me till he arrived...inspected what had got to be done but sadly repair could be done at roadside....advised to get car towed to a garage...would definatly recommend.
