I think it is very rare these days to be 100% positive about providers of vehicle repair service providers. However, ABS were absolutely spot on with their work. Not only did I save more than £250 (compared to another local provider), the car was collected and returned from/to my house. Excellent service that I will definitely be using again (hopefully for a less expensive job). Well done guys you have my complete appreciation.

I was happy with the communication and the quality but unfortunately due to a mix up at their end the wrong parts were ordered for my vehicle which delayed it being returned for many hours. Other than that I was very hppy.

James is a fantastic mechanic, I booked him through click mechanic after being let down twice last week by an independent local mobile mechanic. James communication was second to none,I booked the wrong slot and he went out of his way to get me booked onto an earlier slot so that I could make my long distance hospital appointment. James identified that the dpf filter would need doing soon not surprising given the mileage and age etc. He didn't put any pressure on me to book the job in there and then and explained it didn't need doing there and then but would need doing soon. I'll definitely be booking James for all future work. Thank you ever so much James.

Communication excellent. Diagnosed problems, changed alternator, allowing me to collect my stranded car near Chobham and drive it back to Somerset. Also identified another issue I'll sort out now home again.

Mechanic friendly and knowledgeable. Very detailed Inspection covering everything I wanted and more. Can't fault his work, pictures and phone call afterwards were spot on.

Unfortunately, I did not get a formal diagnosis and need to put it into a garage for more tests.

Daniel was great - and HONEST. I had requested a mechanic to replace front brake disks & pads as instructed by my main dealer following a service. When Daniel inspected them he advised me that the pads were probably only 50 % worn and that the disks although slightly worn were in good condition and had much more life in them. He the arranged a refund keeping only sufficient to cover his time. Daniels refreshing honesty means I will be using him for all future work.

The machanic I had to work on my car was James, and his job was to change the timing belt and water pump, before hand I visited my local garages and they all quoted £550 and take over 4hrs, so thank you James, it took him just over 3hrs and a lot cheaper.

I had Jamie come out to my house today for a brake fluid change, and the service was excellent. He called me an hour before arriving, which was great for planning my day, and the whole process took about 35 minutes. Jamie was thorough in his work, providing feedback on the condition of the old fluid, which was dirty, and explaining that there was air in one of the calipers, causing the brake pedal to feel spongy. I appreciated the detailed receipt, which showed that all four calipers were bled and the brake pressure bleeder was used on the reservoir. Overall, a very professional service. I would definitely recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable mobile mechanic.

Good service, he was late due to traffic. Didn’t call me but when I called him he explained. It would be jice to have that communication.
