Did the work paid for (ended up paying more than quoted too) car came back with oil sensor management light on, flatly stated they were never near the sensor and wasn’t their fault. Another clickmechanic confirmed I’d have to be extremely unlucky for that to go faulty after it had been worked on (sensor IS right by where they worked) also lost/stolen my dash cam adapter so I have had to pay out of my own pocket again to replace it

The car was collected on time as directed,I got a call later in the day to say there had been an issue removing one of the bolts and that the car would be returned the next day at a time of my choice. It arrived back in an undamaged state so that's a positive and although I need to do a fair few miles yet to bed the clutch in it already feels so much better than it did when it was collected. Paulo was excellent very friendly and knowledgeable about cars and driving without a clutch as our clutch and fork in the car box was broken. He took photos of the repairs and showed them to us. He was efficient. He told us he has learned to be a mechanic from his father and was very knowledgeable about cars and engines. He picked up our car on Saturday and delivered it back on Monday evening just as he had planned. We would be happy to use him again.
