Excellent job, stuart vey friendly and knowledgable , happy with the service

Booked online for 8-10am slot for work to be carried out on our driveway. Mechanic arrived at 10:40 and took the car away. Mechanic got back in touch at 13:48 to inform me the engine would have to be removed, quoted £1,119.77 & asked if I wanted the car returned today or to leave it with them for the quoted repairs to be done. I told the mechanic I certainly did NOT want any work doing & needed my car returning ASAP. I have texted the mechanic at 14:35, asking for an ETA for the return of my car. I am awaiting a reply. I will be getting a 2nd opinion elsewhere, as £1,119.77 sounds outrageous to repair a small coolant leak (requiring a 1/2 ltr top up every 2-3 days) Mr. Hooson

Friendly, punctual, work completed to high standard. Mechanic also made a point to show me the parts he had replaced so i could feel confident the work had been completed.

Lee was brilliant. He obviously knows his stuff and is able to communicate well with a seriously non-technical person, ie me! Very thorough and kindly spoke to the garage owner to check that any faults found would be rectified prior to purchase. Also very polite, honest and friendly. You are lucky to have him on your team. It's a TEN from me.

Celio sent a text the day before to say what time he would be with me and then arrived just as he said he would. He changed the wheel bearing on my car quickly and efficiently then waited for me to do a test drive to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Very polite very professional couldn't be happier.
