He advised us that the brake pads that had been supplied were different to the ones ordered and asked whether we were happy to accept the ones he had, which we were. He knew exactly what needed doing and got on with the job. Everything was done within 45 minutes. Very easy and very pleasant. Would recommend using him to anyone.
