Completed a major service and stop / start battery change on a 3 series bmw to a very high standard, identified an oil leak showed me the problem and im now booked in to have issues fixed. Would highly recommend

The Mechanic Graham does 3/4 of the work, Click mechanic gives the Mechanic 100% of the money without my consent, then I appeal and click mechanic decide to side with the mechanic as the mechanic makes money for click mechanic, so in reality there was an Anti-Hindu agenda, mixed in with complete bias, no morals or honour and the company sided with the mechanic who frauded me. Then the company could not give me an actual reason for siding with the mechanic and why they gave give 100% of the Labour to the fraud mechanic when he only did 3/4 of the job. Unbelievable. Remember If you appeal click mechanic wil side with the mechanic as the mechanic makes money for click mechanic so the decision will be 100% bias, remember that. I was quoted to have 4 glow plugs replaced, the Mechanic only replaced 3, the honourable thing to have done is to except 3/4 of the total quoted but no, the greedy company and mechanic Graham took 100% of the money, I have never seen anything like this in my life, also I had no say as in once the mechanic did the job he contacted click mechanic and told them he finished the job and they paid him fully without my consent. That was so wrong. Complete Injustice
