Henry was courteous & we discussed the work before he started. He came fully equipped & didn’t need anything from me in order to carry out the work (ie electricity, water etc.) Work was completed swiftly & as far as I am aware there are no issues at this time.

Dean inspected a pre-owned car and sent a thorough review, as well as spending 15 minutes talking it through too. His knowledge and input was great.

Happy with the work, all spot on. Only fault being a bit late picking up, so meant I was without the car next morning. Communication could have been more proactive rather than me having to chase for updates.

Just wow! What a guy! I booked the pre car inspection in the morning and this legend was there by the afternoon. He inspected the car for hours and test drove it on my behalf. Highlighting issues that I wouldn’t have been able to spot myself. And because the car is so far away from me, this was completely worth the money. He even found the car needed all new break discs and pads which quite frankly is an observation that could saved my life on the drive home. He called me first and walked me through the report and then after sent me the report info for me to read. For my specific scenario, the car is worth it but depends on whether or not the garage address the issues that he has raised. Let’s hope they do :) This is definitely the future of long distance used car buying.

My car desperately required both rear brake discs and pads changing. Steve contacted me earlier in the day to confirm he was coming. He arrived within the allotted time slot. He was friendly and courteous. He completed the required work promptly and to a high standard and returned my car within 2 hours. Overall awesome job and I would recommend him based on todays trouble free service.

It was OK, I didn't realise that my car was being MOTd so far away from my home. It came back with my car showing empty fuel. I'm sorry but I won't be using Tariq again

Stuart was excellent identified the fault very quickly! He was excellent in fitting the part and explaining everything! The downside was unfortunately the punctuality! Obviously he is a busy person and his timings were unfortunately a little out! Besides that it was a good result!
