Alun was hesistant to carry out the task as he's afraid the car's warranty will be void. He therefore relied on his knowledge and expertise. I felt like the money wasn't valued and could have asked someone for help for less. Punctuality is an issue.

The work seems to have been carried out to a good standard. The mechanic didn't arrive within the 2 hour time slot though. He was supposed to arrive between 10am and 12, but didn't arrive until just after 2pm. He had rung us and explained he would be late, but punctuality is quite important to myself, and I had cancelled something that I regularly do every Wednesday morning when I needn't have. Happy with the work, not so happy with the delay. Of course, these things can happen, so I would still recommend clickmechanic, and the mechanic (Alun) who came and carried out the repair.
