Daniel arrived early which was fine. He completed a service on my car, he did not provide me with a written report of the work carried out so i am unable to comment on the work he did, he did stamp my service book.

Dan replaced my front brake pads and I was delighted with the work and the service. He made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Nice guy too - felt completely comfortable with him. Daniel was excellent. He inspected a vehicle which i was buying and, at very late notice, the seller wanted to change the time the inspection took place. Dan was very accommodating and got in touch with the seller direct to sort it out. I also then got a comprehensive report sent to me very quickly and he followed up by calling me for a general discussion about the car which was very useful. I highly recommend this service.

Daniel somehow managed to carry out specific pre-inspection checks whilst the car was immobilised. In general not a problem as the checks were very specific and to ensure that faults found on a previous RAC pre-inspection had been rectified. One of those faults was to ensure that the front and rear parking sensors had been repaired and operable. They were given the ok by Daniel and again confirmed checked and operable when queried later. Unfortunately when I went to collect the car I found them both inoperable and the car had to be quickly driven to Mercedes to sort out before I would accept delivery. I can't say whether or not they were checked, however it did leave some doubt. Read more
