The mechanic was fantastic, I couldn't find any fault with him at all. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

The car was collected when promised and returned on time. Everything seems to have been carried out satisfactorily. I will be using this service again when my wife's car needs a service next year.

James was absolutely brilliant..... superb. I’m extremely happy with James’s work. It’s a shame that the ClickMechanic support centre doesn’t get anywhere near his level of service, they are so poor and incompetent

James was incredibly professional and has now become my favourite mechanic, i am sure i am not his favourite client but thus far i have not found fault and he has always been honest

A breath of fresh air, honest, reliable, punctual and knowledgable. Have never really had the greatest experience with mechanics in the past but this was entirely different. James spotted issues before had even got in the car and will have my business and recommendations now for as long as he trades or I need a trustworthy mechanic.

A bit of confusion on when the engineer would be attending however resolved in the end and the service delivered was great.
