Mechanic ok. Previous mechanic has let him down. Still one snapped spring on car and half a exhaust fitted

I’m extremely sorry the second snapped coil spring was missed but my mechanic originally was only there for a fuel pump replacement which that job went perfectly but when turning the steering to move the vehicle noticed the noise from one of the coil spring so he wasn’t there for a inspection or anything else so sent a quote for a coil spring and missing exhaust system
Again my apologies he missed the second snapped spring
Fully explained verbally over the phone my sincerest apologies and also explained I will contact you in the morning to resolve this unfortunate error
The only thing I disagree with is my mechanic was on time and not late and I’ve kept in full communication via text and calls personally myself
