The mechanic, Rod, came quickly and on time. It was freezing and dark outside but he worked hard until the job was done. He was friendly and professional and seemed like a very experienced mechanic. I also noticed how clean and organised his van (like a mobile workshop) looked.

The work was only done a couple of days ago and we've not been far in the car but it all seems good!

The job was done faster than I could find any garage to do it, and the price seemed very fair... Definitely less than the main dealer would have charged. And saved me needing to drive to a garage in a less than safe condition.

This is the first time I've used this service and I found it a very good experience. Really convenient and none of the concerns a garage can bring (I always wonder what's happening to my car or whether the apprentice is on it when I go to a typical garage...
