The business has been operating for around 5 years. Leon has a team of mechanics who will be fixing your cars and they will do your repairs mobile if they can or alternatively they will do free collection/drop-off. The mechanics are Williem who is an all rounder and works on all makes/models of car and is qualified up to NVQ level 3, Nasar who is a German car specialist who has served his time and Leon who is a Toyota specialist and has also served his time. Between the 3 mechanics we have over 25 years experience. The team will handle all types of repairs and work on all makes/models of car.

he was never on time. communication was appalling. either wouldn’t show up or was late. took over a month from start to finish to replace a fan on a mini and it still doesn’t work. wrong fan bought the 1st time and 2nd time the mechanic was late and grumpy as he still had no idea how to fix the problem.
quite frankly a complete and utter waste of my time and money.

I'm really sorry this didn't work out in the end, first of all the delay was due to bad weather, I'm working on electric related work and the there was non stop rain for those two weeks.
I did put a lot of effort in to fixing the car by working in the dark in two cold nights when there was no rain, because I'm trying very hard to get the car back on the road sooner.
But I wish to point out I stop the work and offer a full refund because I can not work while a customer standing me next to me telling what to do every step of the way, and I'm not a very good lecturer and can not explain how a relay work at 23:00 in the evening while trying to do the fault finding.


I still would issue the refund as long as I'm able to get the fitted part back from you, please let me know if that is feasible.

Hello Ben, I'm sorry that you felt my service was unprofessional for being late.
I do apologies turning up 30mins later than your arrival to the seller's address, I forgot I was driving a very slow van that day instead of a car, so my arrival time is much longer than I expected.

I also like to make a note here, without being rude that is, according to our booking window (10:00-12:00) my arrival at 11:05 is not consider to be late.

Leon was great. Very knowledgeable and clear in his communication. Even checked and informed about front brakes despite job initially only being for the rear brakes, which I found helpful.

Pre-purchase report was not very detailed, and mechanic did not contact me to discuss the report.
I noticed a number of obvious defects that were not logged on the report.
Also, the seller of the vehicle described him as 'the worst driver he has ever seen', which is a worry considering that the seller was an advanced driver!
Overall, could do better.
