Firstly I would like to apologise for any inconvienence the car was booked in for a diagnostics which we arrived for and picked up the vehicle we diagnosed the vehicle and stated to you what needed doing due to u not having the funds u did not have the work done and u said u would have it done after the christmas period and in the new year. We had said the droplinks were rattling which needed replacement and the wiper were not working due to the window mechanism being broke which needed replacing due to your husband's friend replacing the motor previously but we understand that you have left us a bad review despite us helping u as much as possible have a lovely evening and happy new year to you and your family.
