Tony was delayed due to a previous job (bolt sheared) and had to defer to next day. He communicated and kept me informed on progress and the likely impact. Next day he arrived as promised and completed the job in my absence.
All done, as promised, car was clean and drives fine.
Have to say impressed by the service both from Tony and ClickMechanic, both price, availability and convenience.

I was wary at first about using an "online mechanic" but I am so glad I did! As a woman I find garages daunting and it was a breath of fresh air! Great price and great communication keeping me up to date on what was going on and explaining to me in detail what was wrong and giving me extra advice when the vehicle was returned! Thank you!

Tony was very helpful. He arrived within the time window that he said he would (arrived at 1130 when he said he would arrive between 1030 and 1130). He was very friendly and helpful, listening to my concerns even though they weren't strictly related to the job he was supposed to do, and offering a very helpful opinion. He took the car to his shop because it was too windy, replaced the springs and discs and checked that I really did want to change the discs, and then brought back the car. Strictly speaking he took longer than estimated for the task, but I did not get charged extra, and I'm very satisfied with the work carried out.

I would like to say, this was the best money we have ever spent, the service we received was fantastic and would recommend to everyone. After Tony showed us the problems with car we didn't buy which saved us £2500. Thanks again.
