Dale was my mechanic. He very politely ignored the fact that I initially called him 'Dean' before realising my mistake. He was informative and understood my anxiety over using the service and assured me that I was in capable hands. I was. The work of replacing the heater unit in my car was done within the stated time and I cannot put a value on how relieved I was to finally have heat and demist for winter is surely coming! Have no hesitation in recommending Dale.

Dale was greatly helpful, did the work much faster than I expected and kindly pointed out other faults, some of which I already knew about. Really nice guy &I would highly recommend him.

Dale was great, he was due between 8-10 however the parts had not arrived by the allotted time so he phoned me at 10.45 and informed me he was going to have to pick the parts up himself, he arrived around 12.15 and stayed until around 2.30. It was after he had completed the job that he informed me that he would have to add on an additional hours worth of labour. In all I was satisfied with the work , I would suggest that in future he informs the customer prior to undertaking the work that there could be an additional charge

Dale did a great job despite being let down by a brake supplier, he did contact me initially to keep me in the picture. He also forget to bring the sensor on his first visit, so I had to wait a few more days to get the job completed which detracted from the overall experience.
However I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dale was a little late but communicated this very well, and ultimately did an amazing job with my Pre-purchase inspection of a Vauxhall insignia.

Alongside the normal report, after the inspection Dale rang me and gave me an honest, professional and friendly opinion of the car, noting things like a strong acceleration and ‘fantastic car for under 3k’, informal comments that helped my decision to purchase the car. This was alongside comments under the items checked in the report, eg that he thought the gearbox linkage may need a little attention but the gearbox itself was solid.

Overall, amazing service provided by a truly excellent mechanic that clearly knew exactly what he was talking about and took the time to call me after the report, at 9pm (clearly a hard worker!)

I would 100% use again and recommend to anyone.
