Unfortunately I wasn't there to meet Carlos but he was very helpful over the phone, let my colleague know what was needed and although he couldn't repair it he was genuinely interested in making sure I got the car repaired afterwards and let me know what's needed. It was a fairly major problem but it got me home and saved a fortune on car transport
