The technician was first rate. Diagnosed the problem without difficulty.

Dave was friendly, polite and helpful. He turned up when promised and did the work. Sadly he left clutch fluid all over the drive which also drained into the lawn.

Arrived at agreed time, very friendly and helpful, and kept me updated throughout the time he had my vehicle.

I had a drop link replaced on my Vauxhall Astra (2011). The booking process was great, the mechanic who came was on time and very friendly. Sadly he was unable to resolve the rattling noise and I still had to pay.

I've just had my car MOT'd and serviced today (elsewhere) and they have had to replace the drop link again as the quality used by you was so poor. The drop link you used was metal and pencil thickness rather than an equivalent to the original part.

I'm now out of pocket on my repair booked through ClickMechanic and bizarrely the quality part fitted today has also resolved the rattling noise.

Two friendy guys turned up to do a minor service and change the front pads and discs. The scheduled time for the work was 1.8 man hours so 0.9 for 2 men.
20 mins later they were finished. I couldnt be there to check but looking later the brakes were done, the oil was changed and the book stamped but that was it. No test drive, not tyre report, washers not topped up, no antifreeze report, no other checks as far as I could see as per schedule and even the new disks didnt look to have been cleaned of contaminants.
Quick, but not very thorough even on a minor service and certainly not the list of checks shown on the click mechanic website for a minor service.

Arrived on time. Communicated clearly&professionally. Explained the process throughout&on a step by step basis. Reasonably priced.
