Toby is fantastic he's doing a great job on our campervan

Toby was quick and communicated well.

My mechanic was brilliant- very thorough inspection. Only negative was the that communication between me and him could be better.

Definitely recommend this for anyone buying a used car.

Great guy - polite & efficient.

Unfortunately Toby broke down (in his own vehicle) on route to me, to carry out an interim service and MOT. (This made me a bit anxious as this was my first time booking 'ClickMechanic'). However Toby phoned me at midday and was very apologetic which was ok - problems do happen. He phoned me later that afternoon (31 Jan) and said he would fit me in a morning slot the following day, ie today This was fine - he seemed a very nice guy (apologised again for his difficulties previous day). He seemed very competent and knowledgable about my type of car Renault Megane 1.5dci got on with the job - and was back with the car and job done by lunchtime. He did a thorough inspection on a new purchase which helped us be confident in our decision. He took the time to explain his findings to me (I know nothing about cars) which was much appreciated and really useful.

no not really he missed things out like my bentley was juddering when i drove it at 70 80 mph cigarette lighter fuse was blown which i fixed so not happy with ur company and there was a bing noise when driving the car

Toby was unable to attend the first appointment - however, he came the following day and performed all the scheduled work very well. He explain all the area's of potential future work for consideration.

The parts required were not available on the Tuesday and there was confusion about that. However, later that day Toby telephoned to say the parts were in and it was arranged for him to attend on the Wednesday 25th. We received a telephone call to say he would be with us in 15mins and he was.
As I am not mechanically minded myself and disabled, he mainly dealt with my wife and was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The car belongs to my grandson and Toby was going to update him...
