The mechanic arrived on time and assessed the problem. The work was stubborn (when it should have been straight forward) but he persevered and got the job done and gave various bits of advice which were really interesting and helpful. He kept his workspace free of clutter and put mats down to do the work. Very pleased with the service.

Karl contacted me half an hour he was due to arrive (which was well within the allotted timeframe), and kept me informed with what he had done. The problem is one which will necessitate the car going into a garage for repair, and he was able to recommend one for me. Overall, very helpful.
