Karl was great. Good communication from the beginning, quick to adapt to changes (initial part didn't fit), and he did a great job.

Karl was very thorough and explained everything about the repairs required. Would highly recommend to friends etc.

Job is now complete so I'm happy. However, Andrew 1st took on the job then decided to turn off his phone after he failed to turn up. Still haven't heard from him.
Karl then accepted the job and was brilliant I highly recommend him to anyone. Shame that one mechanic can potentially ruin the reputation of a great idea and company in click mechanic
