Excellent friendly service despite the rain. The service was completed quicker than advertised.

After struggling to get anywhere trying to book at dealership garages, I popped onto to click mechanic and was pleasantly surprised. Booking the appointment was easy, they were good at communicating, pick-up was spot on time, work was completed to a high standard and service was amazing, vehicle was collected and dropped back off with no issues, i will definitely use again for future works, prices were reasonable aswell. Thank you 😊

James and Stephen were excellent and efficient. They were caught in traffic but called to let me know. They were unable to change the spark plugs due to the unexpected requirement for a specialist tool. However, James said if he could acquire one, he would arrange a further appointment. He called shortly afterwards to confirm this. Meanwhile, he removed the cost of replacing the spark plugs from my bill. Overall, I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and Stephen to family and friends.
