The fault was a blocked filter, cleared without the cost of additional parts. It's not unknown for unscrupulous mechanics to load up unnecessary work.

Yes, all good. Unfortunately the incident being investigated was intermittent and did not occur when Stephen attended. It was therefore impossible to fully diagnose and resolve the problem. However, communication before and during appointment was excellent.

Steve was very friendly and professional and turned up on time. I appreciated he took the time to explain everything and although the diagnostic was bad for me, he took the time to answer all my questions and I didn't feel fobbed off or that he was in a hurry at all. Very good service from start to finish

The service I received was five stars. The inspection made on the car that I wanted to buy was comprehensive and the mechanic was quite cooperative and responsive. I even sent the mechanic the car history check to see if it match, and he went out of his way and actually checked that too for me.
