He turned up within specified time and seemed friendly. I had rear brake pads/discs fitted. A few days later the 'sqealing' started.. it got louder and louder so I contacted him to come and resolve it. When he turned up took one look at the wheel (didnt bother to take it off for a proper look) and said that it was 'normal' because of the 'cheap parts' he used! and basically I either have to fork out for 'better' parts or put up with the noise!!?? Im sorry but this is not acceptable.. I have now started the compaints procedure as I want this sorting out. I paid £200 for what? Embarrassing squealing brakes! I dont think so!!.
