Jaguar XJ6 Starter motor replacement

Barrie came to replace what I assumed was a faulty starter motor. He rediagnosed the problem as a shorting power cable junction, before fixing it. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest, taking the time to explain exactly what he was doing. Highly recommended!

I am, by nature, a particularly difficult person to please. My Porsche Boxster is 13 years old with full Porsche service history (12 stamps), and just 17000 miles from new. It was a major decision to go with click mechanic.
Barrie completed a major service and far more, with Porsche parts supplied by me. He was even prepared to sort out a problem with one of the items I had sourced, and through foul weather, he was cheerful, knowledgeable and resilient throughout; an absolute pleasure to do business with.
I can recommend the quality of his work, and more importantly, I can recommend Barry as a genuine and decent man who knows his stuff, and someone who is prepared to go the extra mile to make things right.
If I wasn't restricted in the amount I write, I would have written far more!
