Happy with the work overall. There was a problem with parts which delayed the work by a day but this was communicated well. There was also a slight problem with the price but this was resolved instantly when queried. Mechanics worked hard and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The actual mechanic that turned up was fine. He was friendly and did the work. No problem with him. But the company that sent him took the money and completed the job on the system the day before they actually turned up which left me nervous I'd been scammed. You need to put something on your system that can allow a garage to state 'job pending parts' or something instead of 'complete' to do the next job. And certainly only taking the money ONCE the parts have arrived and the job is done.

Hi Robert thank you for your review , which I find unfair I informed you every step of the way asked your permission on it , due to it being an older vehicle some parts wasn't readily available however I did call you again and again to inform you , your word was to me no rush I got two cars , however I went above and behond to get car done for you , we take pride in our work and customer satisfaction but sometimes things happen that can't be helped , we have other work outside of the network aswell as we are an independent garage , I kept you informed so you had no reason to think you was being scammed , we Don't actually take your payment that is done prior me accepting booking its called pre authorised booking , however if there is anything I can help with in the future please don't hesitate to contact me thanks

The mechanics were absolutely fab ,straight to work and didn't stop until the job ( full clutch replacement) was done despite the weather and failing light . communication from Oliver at the garage was great too .would highly recommend x
