Heater fan not working-Renault Modus:
He started well but once he had checked the obvious was stumped. He tried all the in-car fuses. In pulling fuses in and out he blew something (I had to reset the radio). Then he went to consult a manual to find where other fuse boxes were. He then checked these but could not find why there was no power to the fan. (I had seen him test the circuit before with a meter an knew there was a voltage before he messed with the fuses. IN the end he gave up and conceded defeat!. Where did that leave me? The radio had to be re-set, a headlight bulb had blown and the heater control lights no longer worked (found out layer both bulbs were blown). I was not a happy bunny, and had to have everything fixed. What really irked me is he did not own up to his mistake. Read more
