Adnan was very punctual, and I appreciated his honesty about the car and the work needed. Not only did he come to diagnose the problem, but he collected the car the next day, made the repairs, and returned the car fixed. All whilst I was at work, which would have been impossible if I needed to visit a garage. I was very impressed. Thanks!

Found problem straight away. Bit of a hash job to fix, hence the quality , but was taking back to garage battery was bought from to fix. Very happy with the service and will use again if we need to.

Mechanic booked from 12-2pm. He phoned at 2.01pm to say he was going to be late, as he was held up on another job. By this time, I'd been waiting in with a hyperactive 3-year-old, on the hottest day of the year, waiting for two hours. He eventually arrived (with no further communication, except to answer a text with an optimistic revised arrival time) at 3.30pm – by which time it was too late to take my daughter to the seaside. But he did a good job with replacing the alternator.
