Booked a window motor replacement and was sent email and text giving me mechanics name and conforming he would arrive at my requested day/time. Richard rang me 20 mins before arrival and he was spot on time. He had the old motor off easily but had been given the wrong part to fit, change over of my cars model meant confusion on exact part and sods law, they sent wrong bit. He explained everything to me and ordered correct part and came back later to fit it apologising for delay even though it was not his fault.
He was very polite, clearly knew his stuff and completed the job perfectly, cleaning up and making sure the repair was working fine. I am very satisfied with his work, would definitely recommend. Read more

He was great, very helpful. Communication was 10/10. Went above and beyond on the job and I would definitely use him again if need be. Even identified some other bits on the car that needed fixing in the near future and gave advice on how much it would cost to get it done without angling for the job himself. Overall he was an Outstanding mechanic and a true credit to Clickmechanic.
